Since I have some extra room here, I want to share some quick thoughts...

Kudos to some awesome people who are making a difference in the world.
Like Oprah Winfrey ~ read her magazines and watch her shows. She brought us Dr. Phil. The world needs to learn to be a kinder and gentler place and they do what they can to get it out there. Oprah also introduced us to Iyanla Vanzant, (of Starting Over, Channel 11 at 12:00 noon) who has also written some great books for finding inner peace.

I also want to promote a really great store in San Jose called For Your Journey.

This is our local branch. Check out their wish list and see what you can do to help.
Second Harvest Food Bank
Many people volunteer at the holidays, but they need help all year.
EHC Lifebuilders
One of my favorite charities, I donate everything to them regularly. They provide the basic necessities to people getting on their feet, including knick-knacks, that the people get to choose for themselves.

Be kind to the environment and each other.
Appreciate the beauty of your life and share that with others.
